New Harbor Behavioral Healthcare is an adolescent outpatient treatment center located in Dedham, MA. Our program serves the local and surrounding communities, with a focus on treating mental health conditions in teens aged 13 – 18. Our programs are built around best-in-class evidence-based care for treating people who are suffering and want the help and support to make a change in their lives. We are a values driven organization. As believers in collaborative care, we coordinate services with a community of colleagues in the therapeutic and medical fields. We offer individual and group treatment programs at the intensive outpatient (IOP) level.
We are licensed by the MA Department of Public Health, the MA Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, and accredited by The Joint Commission.
Meet the Team
Eric Dyer
Executive Director
Eric Dyer is the Executive Director at New Harbor, and is responsible for overseeing the operations of New Harbor and ensuring its activities align with New Harbor’s mission and values.
Eric was born and raised outside of Boston, and comes from a “family in recovery”, with multiple generations living in recovery. Since beginning his own journey in recovery, Eric finished his bachelor’s degree at Union College after taking a year off of school to go to treatment. Later, he completed a dual-degree program with Albany Law School and Clarkson University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a JD, and an MBA in Healthcare Management. Eric began his legal career at a large law firm based in Upstate New York, where he focused on healthcare law and advising substance use disorder treatment providers. Eric also serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of Recovery New York, and has had his recovery story featured in Men’s Health Magazine.
Justin Cambria LICSW
Director of Clinical Outreach
Justin Cambria is the Director of Clinical Outreach at New Harbor Behavioral Healthcare. He began his work in behavioral health through his personal recovery journey, which began in 2009. He is a passionate believer in holistic healing and many paths to recovery. Justin has worked in behavioral health for a decade as a therapist, family coach, case manager, and clinical outreach director. He has developed extensive experience in care planning and advising for individuals and family systems facing all sorts of challenges in mental health and substance use, and maintains relationships with organizations and practitioners throughout the country.
Justin earned a dual Masters in Clinical Social Work and Masters in Business Administration from Boston College. He is an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, and a cycling, golfing, and fishing enthusiast. He has worked at nationally reputed behavioral health organizations, and previously held sales and marketing roles at venture backed technology startups in Cambridge, MA. Justin is a graduate of Middlebury College.
